How does italyexploring.com works?

Currently you are in the FAQ section, if you click in the top menu on "Tours" you can see all the tours currently available. You will be able to filter them according to your tastes. In each Tour card you will find itinerary and services included and excluded from the tour price , with a form at the side so you can contact us.

How can I make a reservation for the tours ?

In each tour tab you will find a form to fill out with some information. Once submitted, we will contact you to tailor it for you in the best way possibile. We will talk about your requests and needs to create the perfect tour made just for you.

NB: The reservation is effective only when the first agreed fee is paid

What are the accepted payment methods?

Once we have arranged every detail of your tour, we will send you all the details so you can pay by bank transfer or credit card with a safety system "pay by link".

Where do the tours start from?

All prices are calculated for departure from Florence. If you need to depart from another place the price may vary.

Are there only one-day tours?

Yes , there are currently only daily tours, but we are always looking for new experiences to offer you. There may be news soon!

What is your cancellation policy?

If a contract has already been signed, the cancellation rules are listed in the stipulated agreement and can be looked up in that document.
