While we will do our best to allow the scheduled flight from the scheduled takeoff site, weather and wind conditions or logistical factors may require us to fly from a different field in the same area or cancel/reschedule the flight.
Departure times are fixed by day, so it is not possible to choose the departure time (generally all departures are early in the morning).
• If the flight is canceled for safety reasons due to bad weather or technical reasons, the flight will be rescheduled for the next day, agreed upon by both parties. If an alternative date is not available due to availability on both sides, in the event of a definitive cancellation, we will refund the amount paid.
• Once the booking is confirmed, you can change the passenger name or flight type up to 4 days before the flight (subject to space and availability). Additional fees or charges may apply.
• Cancellations or changes to the reservation by the passenger, such as reducing the number of passengers, must be communicated at least 7 days in advance to avoid penalties. A full or partial refund (depending on the situation) of the amount paid will be processed if the email notification is sent within 7 days of the flight date.
• If passengers cancel within four days of the scheduled flight, payment of the full fare will be required (no refund).
• If passengers do not show up at the scheduled flight time and do not use the reserved space on the balloon for which the reservation was made, the ticket will be forfeited and non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due.
All booking fees must be paid before boarding the balloon.
No reservation is confirmed without payment and all required details.
- Use of photographs and videos
Photographs and videos may be taken during the experience for promotional purposes, including use on the company's website, social media, or marketing materials.
By participating, passengers authorize the use of such images, unless communicated in writing before the flight.
- A light breakfast is served after the flight, which may include common allergens such as gluten, nuts, dairy, and eggs.
Passengers are responsible for communicating any food allergies in writing.
